Bedrooms & exclusive use terms
Exclusive use requires that all bedrooms are taken, as we cannot sell rooms to other guests during your stay.
Bedrooms may be paid for by you or by your guests, however the total bedroom revenue must be guaranteed by the wedding bookers. Any bedrooms not taken and paid for by your guests would need to be covered by you.
